  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 tsps McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread diagonally without cutting all the way through. Repeat in the opposite direction to create a diamond pattern.

  • Mix butter and McCormick Garlic Powder in a small bowl. Brush over bread, pushing into the cuts to soak into bread. Sprinkle with cheese, pushing cheese into the cuts. Place bread on foil-lined baking pan.

  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
