Preparation

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until chicken is browned. Add onion,then cook and stir for 5 minutes or until soft.

  • Stir in tomatoes,water and seasonings. Bring to boil,stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low,cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until heated through.

  • Stir in spinach. Cook for 2 minutes or until spinach begins to wilt.
