Preparation

  • Steam the potatoes until soft, then mash while still hot.

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced spring onions until fragrant, then add minced chicken and cook until fully cooked.

  • Combine the mashed potatoes, cooked chicken mixture, McCormick Onion Powder, McCormick Chilli Flakes, McCormick Garlic Powder, McCormick Paprika Ground, McCormick Black Peppercorn, McCormick Sea Salt, and chicken stock. Mix well.

  • Shape the mixture into balls and flatten each into a patty.

  • Coat each patty with egg. Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.

  • Serve with McCormick Grill Mates Chilli & Pepper BBQ Sauce on the side as a dip.
