  • 15 g or 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 30 g or 1 tbsp Black Vinegar
  • 5 g or 1 tsp Fermented Bean Curd (Fu Ru Bean Curd)
  • 30 g or 2 tbsp White Sesame Oil
  • 30 g or 2 tbsp Sesame Paste
  • 2 g or 1 tsp, McCormick® Chilli Flakes
  • 4 g or 2 tsp, McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 2 g or 1 tsp, McCormick® Ginger, Ground
  • 4 g or 2 tsp, McCormick® Onion Powder
  • 12 g or 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Fresh Chilli Sliced
  • 10 g Coriander Chopped
  • 10 g Spring Onion Chopped
  • 10 g Crushed Peanut
  • 6 g or 2 tsp Toasted White Sesame Seeds
  • 10 g Lightly Fried and Chopped Dried Anchovies
