- 450 g boneless skinless chicken breasts, lightly pounded
- 1/2 tsp McCormick® Garlic Pepper Seasoning Grinder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Use your imagination to expand upon this super easy recipe. Slice and serve the cooked chicken over your favorite salad greens or chop cooked chicken to make a hearty chicken salad.
Generously season both sides of the chicken with garlic pepper seasoning.
Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Season with additional garlic pepper seasoning if desired.
