  • Cook the angel hair pasta in a pot of boiling water with oil and salt. Prepare the remaining ingredients and set aside for cooking.

  • Prepare a pan over medium heat and add in olive oil and garlic. Sauté garlic till it is fragrant.

  • Add in seafood (shrimp, clams and scallops) into the pan and give it a toss. Pour in whole peeled tomato sauce, basil leave and 1 stick of McCormick® Singles Oregano Ground. Allow the seafood to cook and season it with salt, black pepper and sugar.

  • Transfer the cooked angel hair pasta into the pan and mix well. Once the pasta is fully mixed with the sauce, plate the pasta and seafood onto a pasta bowl or plate and garnish with shredded parmesan cheese and parsley (optional).
