  • 400 g boneless chicken (cubed)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsps light soy sauce
  • 1 stick Singles White Pepper Ground
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 4 tbsps cooking oil
  • 40 g capsicum (diced)
  • 40 g white onion (diced)

  • In a bowl, mix sea salt, sesame oil, oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Add sauce mixture into a bowl of chicken cubes. Next, add ¼ stick of McCormick® Singles White Pepper Ground into chicken marinade. Mix well and allow it to chill for 30 mins.

  • Remove chicken marinade from the chiller and heat up a wok of oil filled to half. Coat marinated chicken with potato starch. Deep fry till golden brown and set aside for 2 mins. For a crispier crunch, deep fry chicken cubes for another 30 seconds and set aside.

  • In a wok, add in cooking oil, diced capsicum & onion and stir fry till fragrant. Turn off the heat, pour in fried chicken cubes and mix well.

  • Sprinkle in remaining ¾ Stick of McCormick® Singles White Pepper Ground and toss the chicken cubes to ensure even coating. Serve on a plate and garnish with Chinese Parsley.
