Preparation

  • Mix the McCormick Grill Mates Chilli & Pepper BBQ Sauce, Gochujang, Sesame Oil and Honey, set aside.

  • Mix the spring onions, white sesame seeds and McCormick Crushed Red Pepper well, set aside.

  • Deep fry or Air fry the popcorn chicken until crispy, toss with the BBQ-Gochujang sauce and sprinkle generously with the spring onion and sesame mix.

  • Serve hot.
