  • Heat a pot over low fire, add in lemongrass, McCormick® Minced Onion and Minced Garlic, and stir-fry till they smell fragrant.

  • Marinate chicken slices with McCormick® Curry Powder and Ground Turmeric, then add them into the pot and stir-fry for a short while.

  • Add in chicken stock and increase heat. When the stock boils, lower heat and add in coconut milk for the soup to simmer for about 10 mins. Season with McCormick® Sea Salt and sugar.

  • While the soup is simmering, boil water in another pot. Blanch noodles and bean sprouts in the boiling water, drain and transfer into a bowl.

  • When the soup is done, pour soup over noodles and garnish with coriander leaves to serve.
