This tandoori-style chicken is flavoured by a rich marinade of yogurt,lemon juice and aromatic curry powder. Massaging the marinade into the chicken for just five minutes gives you maximum flavour without needing marinating time in the refrigerator.
Mix all ingredients except chicken in a medium bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade for brushing.
Place chicken in a large resealable bag. Add remaining marinade,turn to coat well. Massage chicken and marinade for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove chicken from the marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through,brushing with reserved marinade while grilling. Discard any remaining marinade.
