  • 1 can (415 ml) beef broth

Preparation

  • Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add rice and onion,cook and stir until rice begins to brown.

  • Stir in broth and Italian seasoning and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low,cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
