  • In a large mixing bowl, add minced beef, salt, black pepper, Grill Mates® Vintage Smokehouse BBQ sauce and an egg yolk. Mix well with you hands.

  • Place marinated minced beef in a chiller for 15mins.

  • Remove marinated patty from the chiller. Round and Mold patty and place it on baking paper.

  • In a heated pan, add a tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is heated, place a round patty onto the pan and grill for 2mins per side for a nicely cooked burger patty or longer, according to your desired doneness.

  • Build burger accordingly, or with your choice of ingredients. Finally, top off your burger with Grill Mates Vintage Smokehouse BBQ Sauce for an extra smoky flavor.
