  • 3 Fish maw
  • 5 Dried mushrooms
  • 8 Dried scallops
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 20 g Ginger (sliced)
  • 2 Leeks
  • 1/2 tsp, McCormick® White Pepper, Ground
  • 1/2 tsp, McCormick® Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp, McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 300 ml Chicken stock
  • 425 g Braised Japanese Golden Abalone
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Abalone sauce
  • 10 g Rock sugar
  • 1/2 Daikon
  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 150 g Sea cucumber
  • 5 pieces Prawns
  • 8 Scallops
  • 1/2 head Broccoli

Preparation

  • The night before, soak Fish maw, dried scallops, mushrooms with hot water overnight.

  • In a claypot over medium heat, add in ginger, Leeks and stir fry until fragrant.

  • Add in McCormick White Pepper, McCormick Onion Powder, McCormick Garlic Powder, chicken stock, brine from Abalone, water, Abalone sauce, rock sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil.

  • Add in cut daikon, dried mushroom, fish maw, dried scallops, and sea cucumber.

  • Boil for about 20 minutes.

  • Lay out, prawns, scallops, Abalone and Broccoli. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes. Serve hot.
