Butterfly king prawns with their shells on, remove their veins and rinse. Then season with McCormick® Sea Salt and set aside.
Heat up a wok with cooking oil.
Lightly coat prawns with corn flour and deep fry for 1 minute, then remove and drain the oil.
Heat up the wok without oil, add McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper to sautee for 15 seconds and melt the butter in it.
Add in McCormick® Minced Garlic and Minced Onion and mix well before adding in oyster sauce and soy sauce to mix again
Add in fried prawns and toss them to make sure they are coated with the black pepper sauce.
To serve, garnish with spring onion slices.
