Black Pepper Prawns

  • Butterfly king prawns with their shells on, remove their veins and rinse. Then season with McCormick® Sea Salt and set aside.

  • Heat up a wok with cooking oil.

  • Lightly coat prawns with corn flour and deep fry for 1 minute, then remove and drain the oil.

  • Heat up the wok without oil, add McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper to sautee for 15 seconds and melt the butter in it.

  • Add in McCormick® Minced Garlic and Minced Onion and mix well before adding in oyster sauce and soy sauce to mix again

  • Add in fried prawns and toss them to make sure they are coated with the black pepper sauce.

  • To serve, garnish with spring onion slices.
