  • Mix the 2 egg yolks and the softened butter well. Add into the overnight steamed rice and toss well

  • Beat the 2 egg whites with the 2 whole eggs. Scramble them quickly over high heat until about 70% cooked, set aside

  • Pre-heat a wok/sauté pan over high heat and add the cooking oil. Add rice, McCormick Minced Garlic, McCormick Minced Onion, McCormick Ground White Pepper, Chicken Powder and McCormick Sea Salt. Cook on high heat until aromatic and slightly smoky

  • Turn off the heat and toss in the scrambled eggs and chopped spring onions. Mix well and serve
