Slightly charred on the outside yet tender and juicy on the inside, glaze or dip your grilled chicken drumsticks in Grill Mates® Chilli & Pepper BBQ Sauce for an extra kick of heat and zest.
Marinate chicken drumstick with McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder and McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder.
Allow the chicken marinade to rest in a refrigerator for 4 hours to 24 hours.
Before grilling, remove marinated chicken drumstick from the refrigerator and allow it to thaw in room temperature. Heat up a grill pan or griller to 180 – 190-degree C.
Place drumstick onto the heated grill and grill it for 2mins before turning over. Glaze on Grill Mates® Chilli & Pepper BBQ sauce onto the drumstick facing up.
Turn over after 2 mins and brush on Grill Mates Chilli & Pepper BBQ sauce. Repeat this step twice and grill the chicken drumstick till its cooked.
Place cooked drumstick onto a plate and serve it with Grill Mates Chilli & Pepper BBQ sauce as a dip.
