Preparation

  • Saute the sliced garlic in extra virgin olive oil over low heat for about 30 seconds.

  • To make the sauce, add McCormick Garlic Powder, McCormick Onion Powder, water, parmesan into the garlic oil mixture and bring to a light simmer, constantly stirring.

  • Continue gently simmer the garlic sauce until aromatic, season to taste, set aside.

  • To boil to pasta, bring 5L of water to a running boil, season generously.

  • Boil the spaghetti according to manufacturer’s instructions, remove and toss into the garlic sauce, add pasta water into the sauce if necessary.

  • Plate the pasta and garnish with McCormick Red Pepper, McCormick Parsley Flakes and McCormick Black pepper Grinder.
