  • 500 g pork ribs (cut into halves)
  • Season to taste, McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
  • Season to taste, McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp McCormick® Minced Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 tbsps fermented black bean (finely chopped up)
  • 1 tbsp spring onion slices

  • Marinade pork ribs with McCormick® Sea Salt, Black Pepper, and soy sauce.

  • Place pork ribs on a plate suitable for steaming and cover them with McCormick® Minced Garlic, Minced Onion, Crushed Red Pepper and black beans.

  • Send the pork ribs to a steamer and steam for around 20 mins.

  • To serve, garnish with spring onion.
