Preparation

  • Boil a pot of water and blanch pork ribs to remove excess blood.

  • Boil a new pot of water with the blanched pork ribs and whole garlic bulbs.

  • When the water is boiling, lower fire to simmer. Add in the sachet pouch and let it simmer in the soup for about 45 - 60 mins.

  • Season soup with salt and serve with rice when done.
