Preparation

  • Heat a pan with cooking oil, add in minced meat and long beans and stir fry for about 2 mins.

  • Add in McCormick® Minced Garlic, Minced Onion, Crushed Red Pepper, Basil Leaves and sugar, stir fry with minced meat for another 30 seconds.

  • Season mixture with fish sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix well.

  • Pour in chicken broth and leave mixture to simmer for around 4 to 5 minutes till meat is softened.

  • Serve with a bowl of rice when meat is done.
