  • 2 Mangoes (either ripe or green one works)
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
  • 1 tsp Lemongrass (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsps Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Dried Shrimps
  • 2 tbsps Lime Juice
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 tbsps McCormick® Minced Onion

  • Shred mango into thin slices, slice cherry tomatoes into wedges and finely chop up lemongrass and coriander.

  • In a big bowl, add in the cut mango, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, coriander and dried shrimps and mix well.

  • Season mixture with lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, sesame oil, McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper and Minced Onion and mix evenly to plate and serve.
