  • Place spring onion stalks and ginger slices on a plate suitable for steaming.

  • Add in McCormick® Minced Garlic, Minced Onion, Crushed Red Pepper, Basil Leaves and sugar, stir fry with minced meat for another 30 seconds.

  • Butterfly the seabass from its tummy up and lay it flat on the spring onion and ginger.

  • Grind McCormick® Sea Salt over the fish and steam for 10-12 mins.

  • In a bowl, combine McCormick® Minced Garlic and Crushed Red Pepper together.

  • In a second bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and leave Thai lime slices for garnishing.

  • Once the fish is cooked, pour the second bowl of ingredients all over the fish followed by the bowl of McCormick® Minced Garlic and Crushed Red Pepper. Garnish with Thai lime slices and serve.
