Preparation

  • Prepare fruits and vegetables for plating - slice kiwi & strawberry and shred carrot, radish & green radish. Set aside for later use.

  • Next, prepare orange marmalade sauce by heating up a small pot of orange juice. Add in sugar & one McCormick® Cinnamon Stick. Once the sugar has melted, add in orange zest. Allow the mixture to simmer till it thickens.

  • Switch off the fire and allow it to cool down for 10 mins. After 10 mins, mix the orange marmalade paste with plum sauce. Once it is well mixed, the sauce is ready to be used as a dressing.

  • Using a plate of your choice, lay salmon in the middle and stack salad (shredded carrot, radish and green radish) over at the side.

  • Decorate the plate with strawberry, kiwi and blueberry. Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds, peanuts & crispy cracker and McCormick® Ground White Pepper, Garlic and Onion powder onto the plated salad.

  • Lastly, top it off with orange marmalade plum sauce as the dressing. You may toss the salad or “Lo Hei” with chopsticks along with some auspicious greetings!
