  • Deep fry the crabs in 170oC for about 3 minutes or until lightly brown, set aside.

  • In a wok, lightly toast the McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper until aromatic.

  • Add in butter and oil, continue cooking until butter lightly browns and has a nutty, toasty aroma.

  • Add in the curry leaves and lightly fry until crispy.

  • Add in McCormick Garlic Powder, McCormick Onion Powder, McCormick Chilli Flakes, oyster sauce, dark soy Sauce, water and bring to a boil.

  • Add in the crab pieces, toss well and reduce to a simmer and simmer covered for 5 minutes.

  • Mix some corn starch and water to make a slurry and thicken the sauce.

  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot.
